Engorgement can be extremely uncomfortable and very painful. If you are bottle feeding or weaning, utilize our gel packs whenever you want (on the cloth side against skin). If you are breastfeeding or suffering from mastitis or clogged milk ducts, you can freeze the gel packs for use between feedings.
