Do you have a return policy? TOP
Yes, Madre Gear has a return policy and we accept returns on most items.  You can find out more about Madre Gear's return policy in the customer service section of our boutique.  If you have any questions, please contact us.  Our ultimate goal is for you to be happy with your purchase!

When will my order ship? TOP

We know that you want to get your items as quickly as possible and we want to make that happen.  We aim to ship your order within 3 - 4 business days.  We ship Monday through Friday.  If you order products by 2:00 pm EST, then your order will ship no later than three business days from the day you ordered.  All orders received after 2:00 pm EST will be processed on the following business day.  Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday barring holidays.   We do have items that ship directly from the manufacturer, however all of our manufacturers normally ship between 2 - 5 business days and there are special notations on the product pages for customized products that take longer to ship.

My item is back ordered. When will I get it? TOP

Occasionally, we will send a notice letting you know that your item is back ordered.  Most often, the reason for this is because the item you ordered was shipping directly from the manufacturer.  The manufacturer suddenly ran out of stock and we oversold the item.  We will always send you an email immediately and let you know when you can expect your item.  If you don't find the wait time acceptable, we will always give you the option of canceling the order.  Most times, the item is back in stock fairly quickly and we can get your item on its way to you.  Please contact us if you have any questions about a back ordered item.

How can I check the status of my order while I am waiting? TOP
You may check the status of your order at any time by visiting the Order Tracking page.  You will need your order number which can be found on the email you received after you made your purchase.  You will also need the email address that you used for your order.  Don't worry if you don't have your order number anymore.  It can be emailed to you again by simply entering your email address and clicking on the "forgot your order number?" link.  You can visit the Order Tracking page by clicking here
